How to Update the Delivery Address for Your Order

Changed Your Mind or Spotted a Mistake?

We know things happen—maybe you moved, maybe you mistyped. If you've placed an order with the wrong delivery address, here's what to do:

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address.

1. Contact Us Immediately
   Use the chat widget below or submit a request with:

   • Your full name

   • Order number

   • Correct delivery address

2. Wait for Confirmation
   Our team will confirm whether the change was successful.

📦 Already Shipped?

Once an order is in transit, we're unable to change the delivery address. But you still have options:

• Try Intercepting via Courier:
  Once your shipping confirmation email arrives, use the tracking link to see if the courier offers rerouting options.

• Order Returned to Sender:
  If delivery fails, your parcel may be returned to us. You’ll receive a refund (minus shipping) once it arrives back at our warehouse.
